Now, Global Warming

Beijing’s coldest measured along the nearly 40 years and most rain snow since 1951; in the UK are also periods of stress wave of cold air mass longest since 1981 that does not mean global warming is not proven. Experts say, extreme winter this time only a small ripple in long-term warming trend.

Deke Arndt from the National climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina, emphasized the fact that 2009 included in the 10 hottest years since 1880. Symptoms of extreme weather like heat waves, storms, floods, and droughts would ensure that the climate is changing.

Special winter extreme stress that is happening, Arndt has pointed to the release of the Arctic air mass which is then ‘flooded’ air big cities in the northern hemisphere. This condition is similar to that triggered floods in almost all parts of the world. It was a cold air mass from Siberia as a cold surge to the south.

In the atmosphere, up there, the river contains a large mass of air flowing from west to east, around the Earth, between the Arctic and Tropic. The flow that acts like a fence that keeps cold Arctic air mass remains in its territory.

What happened lately is the fence that was swollen, bent to the north and south, similar to the snaking river flow pattern when viewed from an airplane. If you happen to be in the area where the fence was bent to the north, the weather there is warmer than usual because of the burst is the mass of air from the south (tropical). A warmer winter than usual were reported in Washington and Alaska.
